PRECAST PANELS, THE NEW MODEL OF CONSTRUCTION.

The 21st century has come with lots of new 
technologies in the building and construction industry. One of these new model of 
construction is the use precast panels that 
tent to substitute several other building materials like baked bricks, bush stones and

Precast panels are concrete panel tablets

according to customer preferences. A single average panel for house construction measures 2.7 meters by 0.65 meters by 90 millimeters. And one panel will cost you an average of Ksh. 2,100 in Nairobi and Ksh. 2,500 in Kakamega. An average three bedroom house will consumer between 130 to 150 pieces of the panels. If you wish to use the panels for home fencing the 3 meters by 0.65 by 90 mm would be good for you. And a panel goes for Ksh. 2,300 in Nairobi and 3,000 in Kakamega. A 50 by 100 plot will consume an average of 120 panels.

5 million.

The construction of a precast house takes av-
eragely between three to eight weeks to its 
completion. The house foundation is done 
normally before the precast panels start to be 
laid for the walling and general completion.

MWALE MEDICAL AND TECHNOLOGY CITY SLOWLY SHAPING UP.

This magnificent one man show project was initially launched in the year 2014 in the remote villages of Lunza, Butere constituency, Kakamega county. This Ksh. 200 Billion project is under US sponsorship under the pioneer and stewardship of one Julius Mwale, a brother to the sitting area MP, Hon Tindi Mwale. It's located 32km from Kakamega town on Bukura-Butere Road. The medical city was majorly established as a main cancer center in West Kenya and by extension, Kenya and East Africa as a whole and has adopted "HAMPTONS" as it's main identify name for all it's departments.
