KAREPS AFFORDABLE PLOTS

Kareps continues to expand and offer services in real easte, Marketing and selling of affordable plots to the young people dreaming to have a place to call home. 

Kareps plots projects aims to offer low cost plots to the young people who can't afford the extremely high property prices in the market.

HOW DO WE DO IT.

Kareps identifies percels of land with no history of conflicts for purchasing purposes. The percels of land are divided into plots and sold at subsidized prices to young people either locally around or those living either in the major cities or abroad.

The average prices of the plots range between Ksh. 150,000 to Ksh. 350,000 depending on the location of the land and its proximity to the county headquarters. Members buying with cash pay a little lower than those interested to pay through instalments plan.
Our main areas of priority include : Kakamega, Mumias, Malava, Lubao, Bukura, Matungu, Shikoti and Shisiru.
Requirements to book a plot :
   ✓Deposit amount
   ✓ID copy
   ✓Address
   ✓A passport photo
   ✓Availability for document signing. (You are allowed to send someone to sign for you)

The plots projects are usually divided into phases depending on the time each project is run. 

The first phase of the project was done in Mumias 2km off from Shianda market.

The second phase is taking place in Mumias Lureko area, each plot is going for Ksh. 200k, with deposit of 150k to book a plot, and 50k to be paid once the title processes are complete. The next plots project will be announced and prices will be announced to the public.

After advertising semi-permanent house upgrade construction, through our affordable housing project, a client reached us to construct one for her mother. Her mum was living in an old house done 32 years ago. She really wanted to change her mum's life and improve her dwelling. Despite being outside Kenya, her budget was not adding up yet.
